Quick Cooking Tips

 

1) Prepare.  Always start by setting out all the ingredients you’ll need for a given recipe.

2) Your second step should be to chop or dice any vegetables or fruits. (It just makes life easier).

3) Cook in bulk.   Doubling a recipe saves you the hassle of having to cook every night and gives you a lunch to pack for the next day!
